I competed in sports my entire life, including figure skating through college. My strength coach at Liberty University showed me the positive impact that training has on sports performance, which inspired me to start resistance training on my own. In my junior year, I found CrossFit, and have been hooked ever since. After graduating, I retired from figure skating and began competing in CrossFit. I started personal training in 2019 and coaching CrossFit in 2021. I love encouraging others to improve their quality of life through exercise and showing them how amazing the CrossFit community is.
