Sports Performance Facility in Lynchburg, VA


Our Sports Performance program is designed to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Our strength, speed and agility, and endurance training programs are designed to give high school athletes (8th-12th grade) the competitive edge they need to succeed in their sport. Classes are offered during the school year 7:00-8:00pm Monday-Friday and 11:00-12:00pm Saturday. Classes are offered during the summer Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:30-12:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 7:00-8:00pm.

Improve your speed, agility, and quickness with our customized speed and agility training program. Our coaches will develop a plan that focuses on increasing your footwork, reaction time, and acceleration to help you move faster and more efficiently on the field or court.
Develop the endurance you need to perform at your best with our customized endurance training program. Our coaches will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, build muscular endurance, and increase your stamina, making it easier for you to compete at your best.
