If you're looking for a supportive and fun Hyrox community, then our classes are for you! We welcome athletes of all levels and experience. Whether you are looking to do Hyrox for general fitness or to train for an upcoming race, we are here to support you every step of the way!

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Our Hyrox classes are 75 minutes, which includes a warmup, workout, and cooldown. The workouts themselves are typically 30-60 minutes and focus on either zone 2 work or interval training.

At our Hyrox classes, you will experience a variety of bodyweight or lightweight movements designed to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. We particularly emphasize movements seen in Hyrox races such as running, skiing, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive Hyrox athlete.

Every class has a unique workout to keep things fresh and exciting! In addition to our classes we have several open gym times a week available, so you can get your daily workout in.

All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:

A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
