"Bring a Friend" days are on the first Thursday and the first Saturday of every month. On these days, CrossFit and Hyrox classes are free for anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Even if you don't know anyone who is a current member of our gym, you are welcome to attend.
On Bring a Friend Days, we program the workout to be challenging, yet approachable for various fitness levels. You will see a variety of cardio, bodyweight, and simpler weightlifting movements. Our coaches will help suggest movement modifications so that you can get a great workout for where you're at!
