CrossFit Kids is a fun way for kids ages 6-8 to burn off some energy! This summer, we are excited to offer a class on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:45-11:45am, from June 11 - July 30. Your kiddo will be coached through kid-friendly lightweight and bodyweight exercises (i.e. running, burpees, and squats) that will help them improve their cardio and coordination! Our certified coaches love working with kids, and many are parents themselves. We have limited space available, so encourage you to sign up soon to reserve your spot! Parents are required to be present for the first class, but after that may choose to stay or do drop-off. We cannot wait to see you on Tuesdays or Thursdays this summer!
